Washing machines, fridges, dishwashers, dryers, TVs and air conditioners. A technician comes to your home, finds the fault, tells you the price, and only starts once you agree to it.
We fix LG appliances, but we have no connection to LG Electronics and we aren't one of their authorised service centres. If your machine is still inside LG's manufacturer warranty, call LG first, because a repair from us could affect that warranty. Once the warranty has run out, or if you just want someone sooner, that's where we come in.

The technician tests the machine properly, not just a look, and shows you what's failed.
You hear the full cost, parts and labour, before any work starts. If you'd rather not go ahead, that's fine.
Once it's repaired, we run it in front of you so you can see it working before we leave.
They take a few minutes and fix more problems than you'd expect. If none of them help, you've lost nothing.
Switch it off at the wall, not just the button, and leave it for 10 minutes. It clears a lot of stuck error codes on washers and fridges.
It's behind the small flap at the bottom front. Put a towel and a shallow tray down first, because water will come out. Coins and hair clips end up here all the time.
A fridge pushed tight against the wall can't get rid of heat, especially in a UAE summer. Leave a gap behind it and keep the vents inside clear of food.
Lift the front panel of the indoor unit and slide the filters out. Rinse, let them dry fully, put them back. Clogged filters cause a lot of "it's not cooling" calls.

Usually, yes. Some imported models use parts that are harder to get here, so send us the model number first and we'll check.
It depends on the age of the machine and what's failed. A drain pump or door lock is almost always worth fixing. A cracked drum or a dead TV panel often isn't, and we'll say so.
