We repair LG washing machines, fridges, dishwashers, dryers, TVs and air conditioners in people's homes across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ajman.
Our name has LG in it because LG appliances are what we fix. It doesn't mean we work for LG. We aren't owned by LG Electronics, we aren't sponsored by them, and we aren't one of their authorised service centres.
That matters for one practical reason: warranty. If your appliance is still inside LG's manufacturer warranty, LG's own service should fix it for free, and a repair by anyone else might affect that. So check your warranty first.
Where we're useful is after that. Once the warranty has run out, or when you'd rather have someone come out sooner, you can call us directly and deal with the person who'll actually do the repair.
No carrying a washing machine down three floors. The technician comes to your home and does the repair there whenever the job allows.
You're told what's wrong and what it'll cost before anything is taken apart for repair. If you'd rather not go ahead, you don't have to.
If a repair isn't worth it, because the machine's too old or the part costs nearly as much as a new one, we'll say so.
